After a couple of months of work, we have just uploaded the latest version of UniqueDay.com.
At first glance, not a lot has changed. However, the underlaying Flash code has been modified in many ways to make the site faster to load and easier to keep updated.
A major change is the size of the images in the galleries. These are now twice the size of in the old version. While the file sizes are obviously larger, our webstats show that over 90% of our visitors are using broadband access so this shouldn’t be a problem.
We have also incorporated a new contact form, making it easier for prospective customers to contact us and request information.
While I have no intention of updating the website as often as the blog, it is going to be easier to add new weddings into the galleries. Check it out from time to time to see a greater range of our work than we post in the blog.
